Local Contrast Enhancement Using USM

Unsharp Mask can be used to increase the local contrast of the mid tones of an image without changing the color hues or the very dark and very light tones by setting % to a small number (20%) and pixels to a large number (50).
This effect gives the image a pop or brilliance difficult to achieve using all the other contrast adjustment commands.
